I am working with a brilliant Marketing agency who is fast-paced, creative environment known for delivering innovative campaigns and exceptional client service. The team thrives on collaboration, strategic thinking, and measurable results. The agency is currently seeking a Marketing Account Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support key client accounts and contribute to campaign success, for the right person this role will become a full time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Create and manage campaign performance reports using Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.
- Liaise with internal teams (creative, digital, media) to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and improved client satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
This role is 5 days office based and for the right person will be a full time position. You MUST have a full drivers license and the ability to get to the office daily with ease.
