A highly regarded financial advice firm based near Sevenoaks is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planning Administrator as part of their continued growth. I’ve worked closely with this firm and successfully placed three professionals with them - it’s a business known for its personable approach, client loyalty, and strong ties to the local community.

About the Firm:Led by a long-standing and highly respected Chartered Financial Planner, this firm delivers holistic, whole-of-market advice to a loyal client base. Clients typically have between £250k and £5m in investable assets and include local families, retirees, and small business owners. Many have been with the firm for over a decade - a testament to the quality of service and relationships built.

The Opportunity:This is a newly created role within the business, supporting the advisers and broader team to ensure the efficient and smooth delivery of client services. You’ll be the first point of contact for external stakeholders and play a key part in managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and issue Letters of Authority and Valuation requests
  • Communicate with providers and clients
  • Maintain and update client records using Intelligent Office (IO)
  • Manage adviser diaries and coordinate client reviews
  • Prepare and process new business documentation
  • Ensure all administrative processes are compliant and efficient

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a financial planning/wealth management environment (IFA or restricted firm)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office CRM and the Aviva Platform is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Interest in personal development - study support toward the Level 4 Diploma is available
  • Suitable for both career administrators and those with future paraplanning aspirations
