My client is a financial advice firm whom I have placed 3 staff with in the past. They have a truly holistic approach to their advice offering and they get to know their clients (who are all local people) really well and on both a professional and personal level and get involved in local community events.
The MD has a long-standing reputation and one of the most respected Chartered Financial Planners in the industry over many years. The most loyal clients have been taking advice from them for over 10 years. They offer advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Retirement Planning, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients with between £250k - £5m of investable assets who are primarily families, retirees and some small business owners.
The Director is creating a brand-new role within the business for an experienced Financial Administrator. My client will consider candidates from IFA firms or restricted advice firm. You will be drafting LOA’s, LOV’s, speaking to providers and being the first point of contact for all external stakeholders, managing diaries, managing the internal database and all other admin support to ensure the smooth running of the admin team. Knowledge of Intelligent Office CRM and the Aviva Platform will be highly advantageous.
If you wish to undertake any studies towards your level 4 diploma my client will offer study support and training with some basic exposure to paraplanning, but the role will be suitable for a Career Financial Administrator. A very secure and rewarding role is on offer, with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure. You will receive a £30k - £35k basic salary depending on experience with a comprehensive benefits package.
