Smart Teachers is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Biggin Hill to recruit a passionate and experienced KS3 English Co-Ordinator. This is a permanent opportunity to lead the Key Stage 3 English curriculum at a school rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.

• Position: KS3 English Co-Ordinator

• Key Stage: Key Stage 3 focus, with opportunities to contribute across the department

• Start Date: November 2025

• Responsibilities: Leading KS3 English curriculum planning and delivery, tracking student progress, supporting the English department, and driving academic success

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

• Holds UK QTS and has experience teaching English at Key Stage 3

• Strong understanding of curriculum and assessment frameworks

• Previous leadership or middle leadership experience is desirable
