What you'll do
- Provide hands-on support across hardware, software, networks, and user queries
- Assist with maintenance and improvement of on-prem and cloud systems
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently, escalating where needed
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects and upgrades
- Help ensure security, reliability, and smooth day-to-day operations
What you'll bring
- Solid experience in an IT support or IT engineering role
- Knowledge of Windows environments, O365, networking basics and common troubleshooting methods
