Race Operations Technician

F1 are looking for a Race Operations Technician to perform operations and logistics tasks to drive efficiency, innovation and performance.

Race Operations technicians are the front line of our operations and logistics which are integral to the efficiency and reliability of F1's track side infrastructure.

Reporting into the Race Operations Manager, you will:

• Perform day-to-day operations and logistics tasks as required

• Assist in problem solving issues and provide timely resolutions

• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement

• Develop technical knowledge andskills under the guidance of senior/lead technicians to enhance operations

• Confident and competent plant and machinery operator

• Load, unload and secure freight equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain H&S standards and regulatory compliance across all operations processes

• Perform specialised tasks and undergotraining relevant to operational requirements

Specification Essentials:

• Ability to safely and competently operate vehicles and equipment

• Proven ability working within dynamic, high-performance teams

• Firm understanding of H&S and compliance regulations in an operations environment

• Plant and machinery competency certificates

• H&S awareness in construction environments

• Manual handling

• Working at height

• Confined spaces

• Cable pulling and handling (desirable)

• Temporary structure construction (desirable)
