Site Manager/ Assistant Site Manager
Location: South East London (Office based in Westerham, Kent, TN16 1BT)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 dependent on position and level of experience.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Site Manager/ Assistant Site Manager – About the roles:
We are looking for a confident and capable Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager to help oversee our residential construction sites. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience who can support our team in day-to-day operations while also working independently when needed.
Responsibilities :
- Supporting staff in daily site operations and delivery
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed across the site
- Helping manage subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and equipment
- Monitoring build quality and progress against the programme
- Assisting with site documentation, inductions, and inspections
- Acting as a reliable person on site
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a site management role with a residential contractor on multi-unit residential developments in excess of £5m
- SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and full UK Driving Licence
- Solid understanding of site logistics, build stages, and subcontractor coordination
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems on site
- Excellent time management and being able to meet tight programmes
- Full UK Driving Licence
