About the Role:

Join a well-established, niche manufacturing company at an exciting stage of growth. In this pivotal PA role, you’ll provide seamless business and personal support to the MD, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What Your Week Could Look Like:

You’ll be the MD’s go-to person, handling a wide variety of tasks with professionalism and precision:

  • Organising complex UK & international travel - flights, transfers, hotels, restaurants
  • Managing emails and correspondence (with an eagle eye for detail!)
  • Preparing for meetings and exhibitions - from schedules to presentations
  • Handling incoming calls and screening sales queries confidently
  • Coordinating corporate events and staff celebrations (hello, Christmas party!)
  • Managing the MD’s appointments, invitations, and personal travel
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations and facilities
  • Supervising Receptionist and Maintenance Supervisor
  • Supporting HR functions and CRM/database updates
  • Keeping training records up to date and expenses under control

About You:

You’re an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced, independent role. With top-notch organisational skills and a proactive mindset, you take ownership of tasks and stay one step ahead. You’re flexible, professional, and bring plenty of common sense to the table.

You’ll need:

  • Previous 1:1 PA experience (ideally in a standalone role)
  • Strong IT and admin skills
  • Confidence, discretion, and a can-do attitude
  • The ability to manage time, priorities, and people effectively
