Tenancy Property Manager

Location: Westerham, Kent, TN16 1BT
Salary: Circa £35K per annum
Permanent: Full time, Permanent (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) – job-share option possibly available

With over 150 properties and more under development, we are known for providing quality homes for tenants, care providers, and leaseholders at competitive rental prices.

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Tenancy Manager with excellent administrative skills to support our busy property team.

While experience in property or lettings is a bonus, it’s not essential as we value strong organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to keep on top of multiple priorities. We will train the right person.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the tenancy journey from liaising with marketing agents to move-ins, renewals, and end-of-tenancy processes
  • Manage tenancy administration, record-keeping, and compliance checks
  • Be the main point of contact for tenant and agent enquiries
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and related documentation
  • Coordinate with letting agents, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support to the property team

What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional, personable, and able to work well in a small, busy team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in property, lettings, or tenancy administration
  • Understanding of residential maintenance
