Our client is searching for for a hands-on, people-focusedExtrusion Team Leaderto coordinate and lead a busy production team.
This role is 4 days on 4 days off (weekends and nights included)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a shift team within the extrusion department
- Monitor production performance, safety, and quality against KPIs
- Act as the main point of contact during shift operations
- Root cause analysis
- Upskilling team members by identifying training needs
- Maintain accurate and timely completion of all production documentation
- Ensure a safe working environment through regular risk assessments
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Our client is looking for:-
- Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams within a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of extrusion or similar production processes
- Experience in CI
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
