Our client a well-established manufacturing business based in Weston-super-Mare is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team.

You will be working 08:30-17:30, Monday-Thursday and 08:00-14:00 Friday and will receive a range of benefits including free parking and an office that is within walking distance to the train station.

As a Sales Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer queries in a manner that secures sales growth and always offering customer support.
  • Liaising between operations and manufacturing to provide the best quotations for customers
  • Preparing and supplying, in a timely manner, formal quotations with customer price negotiations
  • Conducting contract review of customer orders, resolving any issues raised, and entering customer orders onto the system complete with formal acknowledgements to the customer.
  • Providing basic technical support to customers, consulting with the in-house technical team
  • Assisting with the export of goods to customers
  • Ensuring all documentation complies with company regulations and procedures

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Commercially aware and able to negotiate
  • Good attention to details
  • Good all round administration skills.
