GBRS are currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Administratorto work with our client, who are based in Bleadon.
Working circa 20 hours per week - Mon-Fri 10:00-14:00.
Main duties:
- General telephone and email work - booking field service technicianjobs with customers across South Wales, Somerset and Cornwall. Good geographical knowledge is desired.
- Use of the company CRM system.
- Experience working with Microsoft Packages.
- Invoicing customers on completion of works.
- Following up on engineers leads if required.
