We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, patient, and supportive Teaching Assistants to join our schools. Whether you're an experienced TA, a former youth worker, an ex-nursery assistant, or someone with top-notch people skills looking for a career change, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom (basically their superhero sidekick!)
- Helping students grow in confidence and reach their full potential
- Assisting with lessons, group work, and one-to-one support
- Bringing your own creativity, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (formally or informally)
- Patience, empathy, and a good sense of humor (you’ll need it!)
- The ability to adapt, think on your feet, and make learning fun
- Transferable skills from sectors like care, customer service, coaching, or youth work
