Print operative

Job Title: Print Operative / Finisher Location: Weston-super-Mare, Salary: £12.75 – £13.73 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Permanent 

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45

• Friday: 08:00 – 15:30

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in digital printing and vinyl finishing who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain roll-to-roll and flatbed digital printers

• Use vinyl laminators for finishing processes

• Manage and prepare print jobs using digital print software

• Ensure all output meets quality standards and production deadlines

• Work closely with team members to support smooth workflow and project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating digital print equipment

• Familiarity with vinyl laminators and finishing techniques

• Strong computer literacy and understanding of print software

• Must have own transport due to the rural location of the factory

• Practical skills and common sense essential — if you can confidently use a tape measure, you’re off to a good start
