TXM Recruit is looking for experienced Multi Traders to join our client’s Small Works & Maintenance team, delivering services across a mix of commercial and domestic contracts throughout the Southwest.

This role offers great variety, with projects spanning across commercial sites such as pubs, hotels, and domestic properties.

Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)

You will be responsible for carrying out general property and building maintenance across sites, including carpentry, painting and decorating, and a range of general repair works.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of a building trade i.e., carpentry, door & window locks, painting & decorating, plastering & tiling.
• Have recognised C&G, NVQ qualifications.
• Full UK driving license
