The role - Fleet Coordinator

Location - Weston-Super-Mare

The Role

  • We're recruiting for a Fleet Coordinator to support the fleet and transport logistics team. This role focuses on keeping company vehicles compliant, maintained, and on the road through effective coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, MOTs, and routine maintenance
  • Arrange repairs and manage emergency breakdowns, including replacement vehicles
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate records
  • Support fuel management processes
  • Manage insurance administration and claims
  • Ensure all compliance documentation and certificates are up to date
  • Assist with vehicle purchases and reallocation
  • Schedule and coordinate regulatory inspections of the fleet

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

  • General understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Desirable
