GBRS are currently looking for experienced construction Project Managers to work with our client, who are based in Weston-super-Mare. This is a friendly and progressive company with a wonderful office space.
This is a full-time, salaried position - mainly working in the offices in Weston, with site visits as required. Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00.
The main responsibilities of this role are to:
- Lead and assist in development of projects and programs that will establish quality objectives.
- Manage teams through all phases of cycle development, including analysis, project design and development, testing periods, installation, and final delivery.
- Oversee a department and team of project managers, including budget management, scheduling, and risk analysis.
- Interface directly with managers, employees, vendors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectations.
- Create a work plan that includes a schedule, milestones, control, and risk factors.
