Key responsibilities:

• Teach engaging and varied Art lessons across KS3 and KS4.

• Support students in developing practical skills and conceptual understanding.

• Provide thoughtful, personalised feedback to guide student progress.

• Develop curriculum plans that reflect diversity in art and culture.

• Organise displays, exhibitions, and creative school events.

• Foster a supportive and inspiring classroom environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS and has experience teaching Art at secondary level.

• Is skilled in a range of media and passionate about visual expression.

• Has excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Can build strong rapport with students and encourage artistic risk-taking.
