Prospero Teaching is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a lovely school in Weston-Super-Mare.
As a HLTA, you will be involved with:
- Deliver lessons planned by the class teacher where needed.
- Support the learning and development of pupils across various key stages.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to adapt resources and strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Assisting with classroom preparation, resource development, and maintaining a safe, organised learning environment.
- Being part of a team committed to creating a positive learning experience for all children.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications/ requirements:
- HLTA status (Essential)
- Experience in a similar role (desirable)
- To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide references upon request
- Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
