The client is looking to recruit an experienced Service Controller with fantastic customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner to work within their busy and well-established Plant & Agricultural dealership.
The Service Controller job role:
- Organising plant and agricultural engineers schedules
- PDI Coordination: Work with the sales team to manage Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs).
- Timesheet Verification: Review technician timesheets for accuracy.
- Planning and the allocation of work to engineers
- Be present for the depot Audits/Checks
- Work with engineers to resolve technical issues
- Support the service team and manager to help with customer issues
- Schedule training needs for department
- Warranty Registration: Register warranties in line with company policy.
