Water Quality Technician

My Client, is a UK based environmental and Engineering Consultancy. They are currently seeking a Graduate Level Water Quality Technician UK Based in Somerset.

To be a successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate:

• Have experience with working with a UK based consultancy or a local authority
• MSc in Hydrology or Civil Engineering
• A full clean driving licence
• Experience in scientific fieldwork
• Have experience in water management
• Water quality.
• Understanding of the role of regulators such as the Environment Agency

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Undertaking site work across various locations
• Attending and investigating water pollution
• Undertaking field monitoring works including water quality measurements
• Water sampling and macroinvertebrate surveys
• Supporting team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.
