Office Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of clients daily operations managing various clerical tasks and online chat. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in computerised systems. Duties

This position is located near the beautiful market town of Wetherby on the Thorp Arch Industrial Estate, the ideal candidate will be responsible for rebooking missed or changed appointments, booking in new products on to the system, contacting engineers and general administrative tasks as required. Key responsibilities - maintaining effective communication within the team, utilising PC's, follow instructions and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.

  • Proficient in computerised systems
  • Ability to type accurately for data entry tasks.
  • A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards in all administrative duties.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Excellent communication and team orientated skills.
