The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts, managing junior staff, and supporting clients with a range of accounting matters. You will work closely with Managers and Partners and have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success and growth of the firm. This role is well-suited to someone who is ACA/ACCA qualified (or close to qualifying) with experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts for a range of clients
- Managing and mentoring junior staff
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, providing advice and support
- Working closely with Managers and Partners on complex assignments
- Reviewing VAT returns, management accounts and liaising with HMRC as required
- ACA/ACCA Qualified or Finalist
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workloads and deadlines efficiently
