As Accounts Manager, you will lead a team and take ownership of delivering high-quality accounting services to a varied client base across a range of sectors. You’ll work closely with Partners and senior staff, contributing to strategic planning and providing mentorship to junior team members. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact
- Reviewing and preparing statutory accounts for a variety of businesses
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff members
- Liaising with clients and advising on financial and accounting matters
- Working closely with senior management and Partners on strategic planning
- ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of accounting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
