Position: Nurse (Learning Disabilities)

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work with a one of the largest providers of care. Our client is looking for several roles within the Leeds area. You will provide a high standard of care to your clients with learning/physical disabilities and varying levels of complex needs including challenging behaviours.

Your main duties include:

· Supporting your clients to meet their individual needs and requirements. This may include supporting with personal care and activities in the community.

· liaise with service managers and other professionals within the company and externally.

· Planning and implementation.

· Medication Administration and any clinical requirements.

Whilst working there will be plenty of opportunity to gain experience and in skills under supervision.

• Clinical practice

• Facilitation

• Management (as Appropriate)

Essential:

• A successful applicant must be RNLD, RGN, RMN qualified.

• A current NMC pin registration.
