We are currently recruiting Support Workers on behalf of a caring and inclusive service in Leeds/ Wetherby that supports adults with learning disabilities to live happy, independent, and fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping people with learning disabilities with their daily routines, personal goals, and community involvement. No two days are the same – and every day is rewarding.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks (e.g. cooking, cleaning, personal care)
  • Encouraging independence and confidence
  • Helping people access the community (e.g. going to the shops, appointments, or social activities)
  • Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing
  • Keeping accurate records and working as part of a team
