Operational Prison Support

Location: HMP Wetherby
Shift Pattern: Full time, This role requires working regular unsocial hours. Unsocial hours are those hours outside (Apply online only)hrs Saturday to Friday and include working evenings, nights, weekends and Bank/Public holidays.
Hourly rate:
14.97 per hour, increasing up to 26.95 per hour with overtime

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage entry/exit and searches at the gate
  • Escort contractors, vehicles, and prisoners
  • Monitor CCTV, report suspicious activity
  • Process visitors and oversee mail censorship
  • Assist with prisoner processing and food delivery
