We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Facilities Administrator to join our client's team on a 6-month temp basis. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy office, providing vital support across a variety of facilities and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining high workplace standards, with a strong focus on service delivery and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing post

  • Manage and monitor stationery supplies

  • Assist with meeting and event setups as needed

  • Maintain tidiness and presentation of communal and meeting spaces

  • Replenish general office supplies

  • Carry out routine office checks and report issues as necessary

  • Support the front of house in welcoming visitors when required

  • Provide general administrative support to the Facilities team

  • Log and track building maintenance issues via the helpdesk system

  • Respond to ad hoc facilities and maintenance requests

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a facilities or admin support role

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • A flexible, can-do attitude and a team-oriented approach

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures (e.g. DSE assessments, audits) is a plus

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider Facilities team
