We are seeking a diligent and analytical Finance/Data Analyst to manage financial tasks in our clients Technology & Telecoms. business. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities to provide analytical insights that contribute to the UK, Ireland & Sweden.

Description
路 Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards for Revenue, Expenses, Headcount, and other operational metrics.
路 Provide analytical insights related to clients, including client industry trends, size, product utilization, and payslip volumes.
路 Extracting, cleansing, and combining information from multiple data sets.
路 Driving upstream process improvements that result in more accurate reporting.
路 Using tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats.
路 Continuously monitoring data quality.
路 Engage with other departments to develop a deep understanding of their functions and available reporting.
路 Support on the preparation of the monthly leadership dashboard reporting, covering financial and operational performance
路 Providing general analytical support to the Finance team & business
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience working in or with Finance teams.
- In depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience maintaining Power BI dashboards.
- Experience of Financial systems (Oracle preferable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a dedication to accuracy.
