Join a modern, forward-thinking firm of accountants in Weybridge. Our client is seeking a proactive Client Manager Accountant to take ownership of a portfolio of clients and play a key role in supporting the firm’s growth.
Reporting to the Directors, you will oversee a portfolio worth at least £350k, working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding service. The role involves managing bookkeeping and accounts preparation, primarily for SME clients across a broad range of industries. You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative, relaxed environment with entrepreneurial leaders committed to steady, sustainable growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Significant experience within Practice, with proven ability to prepare and review small company accounts and manage a portfolio (minimum £250k).
- ACCA / ACA qualified (or equivalent).
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator — as you’ll be the first point of contact for many clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the main contact for a portfolio of SME clients, handling queries and onboarding new clients.
- Preparing and reviewing annual accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
- Providing commercial and financial advice to clients.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.

Location:
