Description
- Providing financial support and analysis for strategic decision making.
- Liaising with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
- Participating in financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Identifying financial risks and opportunities within the organisation.
- Assisting in the implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Profile
A successful Financial Planning & Business Partner should have:
- Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA, QBE may be considered.
- Proven experience in financial planning and business partnering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong systems experience, including creating customised reports within FPA reporting tools (oracle and Hyperion preferred).
- A thorough understanding of financial regulations and standards.
