As the Deputy General Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the catering business with an annual turnover in excess of £4m. You will lead an inspire a team of up to 50 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of three retail outlets, with occasional hospitality.
The ideal Deputy General Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;
Working within a management role for a minimum of 3 years.
Experience managing Coffee/ Deli Bars, Counter Service Restaurants and Events
High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery
Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
