Experience:The Waverley typically hosts our more demanding guests with high expectations and budgets to match. An appropriate candidate would be someone who has prior experience working in a high quality restaurant setting where they can demonstrate their experience working with similar clientele. All our venues are steak and cocktail focused so having an understanding of both would be ideal.
