Are you an Employee Benefits Administrator or Corporate Administrator looking to pursue a new opportunity?A long-standing, successful Financial Planning practice is looking to expand its Employee Benefits / Corporate team in the Weybridge office by bringing on an Administrator to provide client-facing, technical administrative support to the corporate consultants.This company is in a growth period and prides itself on a strong values-focused and innovative work culture. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has experience supporting with Group Risk products, Medical benefits and Pension products for corporate clients.This role will be to support the Corporate Consultants and involves dealing with products such as:

  • Group Pension schemes
  • Group Life Assurance
  • Group Death in Service
  • Life policies
  • Income Protection
  • Critical Illness
  • Medical benefits such as PMI, Cash Plans, Dental

Role Responsibilities:

  • Administering a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Act as the point of contact with corporate clients via telephone & email
  • Liaising with 3rd parties such as product providers
  • Relationship building with corporate clients
  • Use of internal CRM systems to update client information
  • Adhere to data protection & FCA regulations

What’s needed to be considered?

  • Previous experience in an Employee Benefits or Corporate Administration role
  • A keen interest in Workplace Employee Benefits
  • Proven experience in providing quality support & building credible client relationships
  • CII qualifications would be a bonus
  • Experience using IT Systems and Software including platform/provider websites and portals
