About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and efficient MET Technician / Strip Fitter to join our state-of-the-art garage. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) operations and component strip/fitting on a variety of vehicles.

• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and in strict line with manufacturers' specifications.

• Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in a dynamic, fast-paced workshop.

• Uphold exceptional standards of workmanship to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an MET Technician or Strip Fitter within a busy bodyshop environment.

• A recognised apprenticeship and a relevant technical qualification (e.g., NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, or ATA).

• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques and standards.

• A self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude and a strong commitment to achieving performance and bonus targets.

• Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
