Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established carpentry and joinery subcontractor based in Weybridge. With a strong pipeline of high-end commercial and residential projects, theyre looking to bring on an experienced QS to take ownership of key packages and help drive project profitability.

What Youll Be Doing:

Preparing tender and contract documentation (e.g., BOQs)
Carrying out cost planning, valuation, and reporting
Managing carpentry and joinery packages from pre-con to final account
Advising on contractual issues and cost risks
Collaborating closely with project teams, site managers, and external partners
Leveraging streamlined digital systems to support commercial processes

Were Looking For:

Experience working oncarpentry/joinery packages either directly for asubcontractoror as part of afit-out project/contractor team
Strong commercial understanding of construction and fit-out phases
Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working both independently and within a team
Ready to step into a key commercial role with immediate responsibility
