Our client is a leading estate agency with a five-star service rating and operates from prominent office locations in Weybridge and Addlestone. They are currently looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their busy team.
You will be sharing responsible for a portfolio of approximately 160 properties; therefore, you should have at least 1 years’ experience within residential property management, a good understanding of current legislation, and the ability to problem solve in an empathetic way. Responsibilities will include:
• Managing the day to day maintenance of landlords properties and arranging works where necessary• Overseeing the works that are carried out• Dealing with the contractor’s invoices when they come in• Excellent communication skills• Excellent customer service skills• Building good rapport with landlords and tenants• Managing the renewals of safety certificate (gas, electric and energy performance certificates)• Arranging mid-term property inspections (they are outsourced, so they just require booking).
Personal specification:
• Experience within a residential property management role• Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc• Have an ability to multi-task• Be adaptable and a good team player• Have a strong service ethic• Excellent written and communication skills• Strong organisational skills• Meticulous attention to detail• Happy to take the initiative• Confident in dealing with clients• Excellent telephone manner• Full UK driving licence.
Our client is offering a salary of up to ÂŁ32,000 dependent on previous experience. A car allowance will be provided for inspections.
