The role:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Working towards and achieving agreed targets and KPIs
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is desirable, but we’ll also consider ambitious sales professionals keen to step into recruitment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven personality
- A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
