With two distinct dining spacesa relaxed café-style club room and a more formal restaurantthis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations across both venues.
The club is known for its warm, people-focused culture and calendar of exceptional member events, which you will play an active role in organising. The outdoor terrace, a true highlight of the club, becomes a lively hub during the summer months and offers a unique backdrop to your role.
The Role

- Oversee day-to-day operations of both the restaurant and cafe
- Lead from the frontbeing a visible presence on the floor, engaging with members, and delivering outstanding service.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire your team through on-the-job training and support.
- Assist with key administrative tasks, including rota planning and HR procedures.
- Support creative promotions and initiatives (e.g., Wine of the Month) to enhance the member experience.
- Contribute to the organisation of high-quality member events.
About You
- Proven background in premium restaurant management, ideally within high-end hospitality.
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong people leadership skills, with a hands-on and supportive approach.
- Organisational ability with basic admin competence.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for driving engagement through promotions and events.
