We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive Part-Time Financial Officer to support our dynamic and forward-thinking client, a respected leader in the care and housing sector.

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Andover or Weymouth office)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: 30,000 FTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately post income to finance, housing management, and care systems.
  • Issue and reconcile sales ledger invoices.
  • Support families with billing enquiries.
  • Administer financial processes including Direct Debits, standing orders, and other payment methods.
  • Manage admissions, terminations, billing, and account reconciliation across multiple systems.
  • Chase and maintain contracts, placement agreements, licence agreements, and LPA documents.
  • Support debt recovery efforts not handled by the income recovery team.
  • Uplift fees and charges annually across care and finance systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • AAT qualification or relevant degree (desirable).
  • Experience in care sector finance or housing management systems (desirable).
