Reporting to Home Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a beautiful & elegant, period Nursing Home in Weymouth, Dorset. Our client is seeking a talented and accomplished Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD).

As Clinical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the nurses and care staff to deliver exceptional clinical care. Working alongside the management team, you'll uphold the highest standards of governance and help ensure every resident receives compassionate, personalised care that meets their individual needs. You'll also take an active role in shaping the clinical direction of the home and inspiring best practice throughout the team.

Experience:

  • A strong clinical background with the confidence to lead and support a nursing team
  • Previous leadership or management experience, ideally in a care or clinical setting with sound clinical judgement
  • A natural mentor - passionate about developing others and sharing knowledge
  • A team player who fosters positive, collaborative working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A solid understanding of audits, safeguarding, DoLS, CQC regulations and compliance
  • NMC Registered Adult General Nurse / RGN or Mental Health Nurse / RMN or Learning Disabilities / RNLD
