We are currently seeking an exciting opportunity for a Product Quality Engineer to become a vital part of our innovative team based in Weymouth. This is your chance to work with industry leaders, bring your expertise to a global organisation, and make a real impact on product excellence.

What you will be doing

As a Product Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring our in-house manufactured and sourced products from international supply partners meet all quality, reliability, and compliance standards. You will support new product development (NPD) and new product introduction (NPI), collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of quality from design to production. Managing relationships with our global suppliers, including overseeing the Far East Quality Assurance Engineer, you will spearhead initiatives to drive continuous improvement and uphold our high standards.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in product quality engineering and NPI within regulated industries such as medical devices, automotive, aerospace, or defence.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA).
  • Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
