Our client, a well-established and nurturing day nursery, is seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated team. About The Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a central role in providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities, supporting individual learning, and contributing to the overall development of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a happy, secure, and inclusive environment that supports children's learning and development.
- Plan and deliver purposeful play activities both indoors and outdoors.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
- Maintain clean, safe, and stimulating play areas.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and colleagues.
- Prepare and serve snacks/lunches, ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Follow all safeguarding and health & safety policies diligently.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential).
- Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and nurturing approach to early education.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
