Senior Sous Chef Job Role
This is a hands-on role, with the support of the Chef proprietor, assist with all areas of the kitchen and working collaboratively with the front of house team, collectively providing an exciting guest experience.
Successful candidates will have previous Sous Chef or junior sous chef experience in high quality fresh food kitchens. Along with good communication, kitchen supervisory and team leadership skills. Above all, a passion to deliver a unique food experience using the best South West seafood produce and suppliers with sustainability at the heart of everything.

This position may also suit a couple, with the partner offered a kitchen or front of house role, depending on experience.
Salary
Starting Salary on offer is £36,000 p.a. Plus Tronc £6-7K p.a.
