For the successful Production Manager our client is offering:
- Up to £54,000 per annum
- Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm
- Permanent Position
- Free parking
- Annual Company Bonus
The role – Production Manager:
- Supporting the Manufacturing Director in managing the daily operations of the site within the relevant areas of production and batch manufacturing
- Supervise and motivate production teams to ensure a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to resolve production challenges and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and control production costs, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production processes.
What our client is looking for in a Production Manager:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a Manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
- Strong management experience with the ability to drive activity and challenge if/when necessary
- Knowledge of the application of good manufacturing practices
- Ability to lead others to desired outcomes
