Project Coordinator
Full Time – Permanent
Location: Leicester
Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours  Â
Basic Salary: £30,000.00 Per Annum to £32,000.00 Per Annum

Our client is a highly established company established for over 20 years with a huge presence across the UK. They have gone from strength to strength and experienced organic growth. Our client prides themselves in providing a range of services to their clients and has a brand reputation of second to none. Due to further growth plans, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and experienced Project Coordinator to join their business on a Full Time Permanent basis.
Project Coordinator role:
- You will work closely with key stake holders regarding projects from receipt of order through to delivery
- Maintain relationships between internal departments and customers ensuring a high level of service is maintained as a Project Coordinator
- You will responsible for preparing production schedules as a Project Coordinator in line with customer requirements.
- Liaise with Technical department as a Project Coordinator ensuring quality standards are adhered to and maintained.
- Liaise with key stake holders regarding SLA’s and project completion as a Project Coordinator
- Maintain strong relationships with Clients and Customers
- Liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders
- Create documentation for production and design including specifications
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed as a Project Administrator.
Project Coordinator requirements:
- Previous Project Administration, Project Coordination experience is ESSENTIAL
- Experience in administering several projects at any one time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach when dealing with colleagues. Â
