What the Account Manager job involves

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work closely with a portfolio of UK retail customers, ensuring exceptional service and account performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing key customer accounts across the UK retail sector.
  • Building strong relationships and becoming the go-to point of contact for clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
  • Monitoring account performance and providing data, forecasts and insight to the Sales Manager.
  • Advising on product availability, seasonal trends and commercial opportunities.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align customer needs with business goals.

Skills and Experience Required
