A well-established care provider in Hampshire is seeking an experienced RGN Registered Manager to lead their 40 bed nursing home.

The home is warm, welcoming and well-regarded for its caring staff and supportive leadership. It's a popular care home with good occupancy levels.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC pin - essential for leading a nursing home.
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or care home setting.
  • Management qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, risk management and compliance.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the home's staff team, ensuring a positive, person-centred culture.
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC standards through strong clinical governance and auditing.
  • Oversee high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents' safety, dignity and wellbeing.
  • Manage accurate care planning, risk assessments, medication oversight and all regulatory documentation.
  • Handle staffing, recruitment, rotas and performance to ensure safe, effective service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement, manage budgets/occupancy, and build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals.






Salary

  • 65k-70k salary (neg DOSE)
  • Up to 25% annual bonus
