What's involved?

  • Creating and planning Open Day's and events.
  • Organising tasting events and menu choices with client.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and those outside the venue who are involved with the event.
  • Explore all opportunities to upsell food and drinks options, accommodation, venue hire etc.
  • Ensuring your team is managing their responsibilities to the required standard. This includes responding to enquiries, show arounds and sales, planning meetings, all admin and planning responsibilities, and creating function sheets for each event
  • Strong previous experience with running weddings and a real passion for the hospitality industry are needed for this role
