Maintenance Engineer (Monday to Thursday Days Only)

Excellent opportunity to join a company which will provide advanced training on any area of inexperience and progression into an Engineering Manager position.
On offer is chance to become a more rounded Engineer with training on PLCs, electrical and all other aspects of manufacturing maintenance.
Our client is an advanced engineering manufacturing organisation operating a continuous production process and supplying their customers with electro-mechanical products and components.
In this role you will be factory based and work to carry out planned, preventative maintenance as well as attending to breakdowns. You will be involved with LEAN manufacturing and be driven towards implementation of new and improved projects to the facility.
The Role
*PPM and breakdown maintenance
*Involvement in continuous improvement and future projects
*Progression to Engineering Manager
*4-day week 7am-5pm Monday to Thursday
*Very lucrative profit share scheme
The Person
*Either Mechanical OR Electrical bias
*Time served OR equivalent qualification
*Any engineering background considered
*Someone apprentice trained looking to get into manufacturing encouraged to apply
